Norman Wilcox's Fanfare for Symphonic Brass is a 2 1/2 minute work for moderately advanced performers. It is bold with lots of rhythmic pulse and drive. Each part is challenging on its own. The work exhibits solid tonality and sonority.
Mr. Wilcox is also a Trombonist and graduated from the Eastman School of Music in 1972. He performs in orchestras and ensembles mainly in South Central NY State.
